Ways to clock in

• From the employee’s phone, inside a geofence — a punch only counts from the site itself.
• From a tablet or a shared screen at the door, with a personal code for each person.
• A manager correction, which stays on the record as a correction rather than replacing what was there.

At the end of the month

Hours are collected for the month, overtime is added by whatever rules you set, and the month is closed. A closed month cannot be changed afterwards — not even by the person who closed it — so what goes to payroll is what stays.

The report exports as a proper file, ready for a payroll system or an accountant.
