Common questions
How accurate is the geofence?
It works at the level of a site, not a room. You set an address and a radius, and a punch outside it is blocked or flagged, whichever you chose. Somebody without GPS can clock in on the tablet at the door.
What about somebody who works two roles at different rates?
Every shift carries a role and every role carries a rate. The same person can work two roles in one week and the hours are counted separately for each.
Can a wrong punch be fixed?
Yes, by a manager. The correction is recorded — what it was, what it became, and who did it — because an hours report that can be changed without a trace is not a report.
